From Rick: The greatest gift you gave us Mom was love. Your strong attributes have enabled us to have fortitude in times of adversity. Your love was hard when needed but full of grace and gentleness. You were a master at being Mom. It is because of you I have been able to get back on my feet after life's hardships.

The most important thing at the end of our journey is being happy with the person looking back at you in the mirror. You are a gift from God that will remain with us always. You hung in there through hard times and never gave up making sure we had what we needed physically and emotionally. I love and honor you Mom. It is good to see you rest.

From Tory: My mother was always full of such fun. She always stood up for me as a young child when shyness was my biggest burden. She spent time writing with me and teaching me how to express myself in writing. She cleaned houses to put my brothers and me in presentable school clothes, so each of us could participate in our favorite sport. My brothers being baseball and mine being gymnastics.

She saw each of us for our aptitudes rather than our downfalls, and encouraged us to write a thank-you note when someone gave something to us. Mom was very smart, never tolerated any of us referring to a person as ugly, and taught us how to live a moral life. She was so precious to me, and she will be missed.

No more worry Mom, no more pain, no more work, no more frustration, no more medication, only you living in eternal happiness which you deserve.

From Trent: May your dance card always be full. Be proud. Rick, Tory and Eric are strong, independent and loving.

From Britney Webb: My fondest memory of my grandmother is the following: When I would visit her house in the summer, we would lie on the living room floor and color and laugh together, often till bedtime. One evening, we were laughing so loud that grandpa came upstairs to tell us to quiet down. She quickly told grandpa to leave us girls alone. We are just having fun! I will always remember how playful my grandmother was.

From Jade: My grandmother was full of life and laughter. She was always able to put a smile on my face. I can remember sitting in her TV room and watching all of her recorded shows just laughing about the silliest of things. She will be a bright ray of sunlight shining down on us. I love you grandma and will continue to look to you for love and guidance.

From Gabrielle: I will always remember playing checkers and card games with my grandma for hours upon end! I am still convinced that she would let me win every time. But that didn't matter we were always having fun together. Even when she moved into the nursing home we would always find something to do whether it was playing small pranks or taking walks outside. I will always remember our fun together and the fun we had.
