Michael Stephen Whitesides, 47, of Zelienople passed away Thursday.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
