Corey W. Cook, 29, of Hampton Township, passed away Thursday.

Born Oct. 31, 1986, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of Cynthia (Waraks) Cook and the late Theodore William Cook.

He is survived by his mother, Cynthia Cook; sister, Tiffany R. Cook; his girlfriend, Eba Pitz; and his dog, Raisin.
