Debra A. Cress, 56, of Fenelton passed away Monday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born May 10, 1959, in Butler, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Carolina (Spohn) Gladd.

She was employed by the Medi Home Hospice as a hospice aide.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and her dog “Layla.”

Surviving are her husband, David Cress, who she married April 27, 1979; his daughter, Christina (Jeremy) Sumney of Karns City; his son, David (Robin) Cress of Butler; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews, and a brother, Paul (Marci) Gladd of Butler.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

CRESS — Friends of Debra A. Cress, who died Monday, April, 4, 2016, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Richard Thompson to officiate.
