Virginia “Jenny” Huff, 72, went to be with the Lord Friday.

Born July 13, 1943, in Kittanning to the late Josephine Montgomery and Peter Doms, she was a member of First United Methodist Church, God's County Service, where she served as a greeter.

She retired from central processing at Butler Memorial Hospital. She enjoyed camping, bowling and doing cross word puzzles.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving husband of 25 years, Pete.

Also surviving are her stepdaughter, Robin; three grandsons, Blake, Bryant and Bryce; and her great-granddaughter, Desiree.

She also is survived by Dick and Gretchen Mechling of Georgia, Joan and Don Hess of Greensburg, Joe and Janet Cripple of Ford City, Clair and Carol Klingensmith of Florida; and several nieces and nephews.

The family is very grateful for the wonderful care of the VNA nurses and inpatient Hospice unit.
