Phone, mail scams revealedJEFFERSON TWP — Concordia at Cabot will host a seminar on mail and phone fraud from 2 to 3 p.m. March 2 in the Haven I dining room, 112 Marwood Road.Pittsburgh Postal Inspector Ian Ortega will lead the seminar.
