IRWIN TWP, Venango County — A six-mile stretch of Interstate 80's westbound lanes are closed down just north of Butler County due to a tractor-trailer accident.

Three tractor-trailers were involved in the crash, which occurred in the westbound lanes near mile-marker 30 at about 9:30 a.m., according to 911 reports. One of the rigs was overturned. There were no reports of injuries, according to Butler County Emergency Services.

The westbound lanes between exit 35 in Clintonville and exit 29 to Barkeyville are closed, according to PennDOT.

The Marion Township Volunteer Fire Department is assisting at the scene.
