Man allegedly sells marijuana to informant
CRANBERRY TWP — A 23-year-old man is accused of selling marijuana to a police informant.
Tanner Bishop of Allison Park on Friday waived to court charges of felony possession of a controlled substance and felony use of a communications facility.
The informant on March 3, 2015, while under surveillance of Butler County Drug Task Force officers, allegedly set up a meeting with Bishop using cell phones for the parking lot of Walmart, according to court records.
Bishop allegedly sold the informant 13.9 grams of marijuana for $180.
Bishop was arrested Dec. 18 and released on his own recognizance the same day.
