Jim Marshall, R-14th, has been canceled.Marshall is in Harrisburg this week as the state House works on the budget. The House was not originally scheduled to be in session this week. Marshall was going have a public meeting before council’s 7 p.m. meeting, which is still scheduled.An aide said Marshall may reschedule the meeting with the borough.
