District Judge David Kovach

CRANBERRY TWP — These cases were heard recently by District Judge David Kovach. All of the cases were filed by the Cranberry Township Police Department.

Jade Geiger, 28, of Pittsburgh waived for court charges of conspiracy retail theft taking merchandise, access device counterfeit, possession of instrument of crime with intent, retail theft taking merchandise, receiving stolen property, theft by deception false impression and driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked, filed Oct. 13.

Lawrence Paul Blakeley, 54, of Cranberry Township waived for court a charge of defrauding secured creditors, filed Oct. 4 by Butler County Sheriff.

Katie Ann Schultz, 32, of Gibsonia was held for court on a charge of retail theft taking merchandise, filed Oct. 7.

Daniel Stephen Amrhein, 25, of Fombell was held for court on charges of use/possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 4.

Kimberly Ann Kenney, 57, of Cranberry Township waived for court charges of DUI, DUI controlled substance impaired ability and careless driving, filed Oct. 7.

Marjorie Gayle Gold, 46, of Zelienople waived for court a charge of retail theft taking merchandise, filed Nov. 6.

John F. Perkowski, 67, of Lambertville, N.J., waived for court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed and driving over divider, filed Oct. 6.

Brian Estep, 20, of Allison Park waived for court charges of DUI, DUI minor, DUI with highest rate of BAC, accidents involving death or personal injury, careless driving, driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked and duties at stop sign, filed Sept. 15.

Jessica L. Hoover, 49, of Evans City waived for court charges of DUI, DUI with highest rate of BAC and disregarding traffic lane, filed Sept. 15.

Tricia Marie Oneal, 31, of Beaver Falls waived for court charges of conspiracy access device fraud, access device fraud, theft by deception false impression and receiving stolen property, filed April 17.

Justin Edward Lubert, 27, of Freedom waived for court charges of conspiracy burglary overnight accommodation person present, burglary overnight accommodation person present, criminal trespass breaking into structure, theft by unlawful taking movable property, receiving stolen property and driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked, filed Oct. 29.

Lubert also waived for court charges of conspiracy retail theft taking merchandise, retail theft taking merchandise and receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 12.

Lauryn E. Mockridge, 28, of Canonsburg waived for court charges of retail theft taking merchandise and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 9.

John William Ventresca Jr., 25, of Freedom, waived for court charges of conspiracy burglary overnight accommodation person present, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 29.

Ventresca also waived for court charges of two counts of retail theft taking merchandise and receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 12.
