SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Joseph O’Donnell recently heard these cases for District Judge Tim Shaffer filed by state police:

Amanda E. Ristity, 34, of Butler waived to court charges of receiving stolen property, access device fraud and criminal attempt, filed July 13.

Shane W. Kirkwood, 19, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, DUI, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and failure to use a seat belt, filed Sept. 3.

Garett L. Lemmon, 21, of Prospect waived to court charges of false imprisonment and harassment, filed Oct. 23.

John G. Huth III, 21, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, turning movements and required signals and careless driving, filed Sept. 6.

Kody A. Sarnese, 28, of Portersville waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, filed Aug. 24.

Brandon L. Owens, 20, of Meadville waived to court charges of DUI, purchase of alcohol by a minor, passing in a no passing zone, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, filed Sept. 15.

Randy R. Long, 55, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, register and certificate of title required and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Sept. 18.

Chelsea L. Ringler, 21, of Butler plead guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 1.

Jamison D. Winger, 20, of Parker waived to court charges of DUI controlled substance, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane, careless driving and failure to use a seat belt, filed Nov. 3.

Robert M. Merten, 35, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, filed Tuesday.

Jason J. Yearick, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, filed Nov. 2.

Kimberly S. Wetzel, 53, of Cabot was held for court on charges of bad checks, filed Tuesday.

Tyler C. Vidmar, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Tuesday.

Kathlyn R. Spingola, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Tuesday.

Mark A. Devinney, 63, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Tuesday.

Cindy L. Reed, 51, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking and theft by deception, filed Oct. 19.
