Cherie McCoy and John Hoffman Jr.

An Aug. 20 wedding is being planned by Cherie McCoy and John Hoffman Jr., both of Harrisville.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Lisa McCoy and Charles Walker of Greenville and Larry McCoy of Las Vegas. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Bobbi and Larry Geer of Mercer and Betty and John Hoffman Sr. of Butler.

The future bride is a 2004 graduate of Greenville High School.

She is a homemaker.

Her fiance graduated in 1990 from Moniteau High School.

He is employed by Mercer Forge in Mercer.
