As cofounders and moderators of the Cranberry Area Diversity Network, we commend two of our members, Leslie Osche and Kevin Boozel, for their enthusiasm in embracing our mission of diversity and inclusion for all people and their tireless efforts to further our goals.

This is a timely endorsement of Boozel and Osche in that both are running for Butler County commissioner, Osche as a Republican and Boozel as a Democrat.

Yet for the past two years, they have worked earnestly together on behalf of CADN. We state this because as aspiring county commissioners they must be able to work together regardless of party affiliation if they are to achieve the level of cooperative governance necessary to grow this county.

We hope you will take into consideration this example of cooperation demonstrated by Boozel and Osche when casting your votes on Nov. 3.
