MARS — Mars National Bank earned a 5-star Superior rating from Bauer Financial, an independent bank research and rating firm.

This is the second consecutive year the bank has received this rank, according to a media release. Bauer ranks banks based on their financial strength. The rating indicates the bank has at least twice the capital regulators require and is profitable and has kept its delinquent loans in check.
