SLIPPERY ROCK — Senior District Judge William Fagley recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Jennifer R. Davidson, 37, of Butler was held for court on charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed June 17.

Dominic A. Parenti, 28, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats and harassment, filed Sept. 6.

Darion A. Qualls, 21, of Erie was held for court on a charge of possessing a small amount of marijuana, filed April 27.

Kristy L. Willis, 39, of West Middlesex, Mercer County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed July 22.
