Richard W. W. Lannen

Richard W. W. Lannen, 76, of Butler passed away Tuesday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

He was born Jan. 21, 1939, in Philipsburg, the son of the late Thomas and Betty (Moses) Lannen.

Richard was a U.S. Navy veteran, and he was a member of Tin Can Sailors and the National Association of Destroyer Veterans.

He was a retired lineman from the IBEW Union.

He also belonged to Victory Lodge 694 F&AM and the NRA.

Surviving are his daughter, Richelle (Dean “Butch”) Fredley of Butler; his grandson, Clay Fredley; and his granddaughter, Chloe Fredley.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Darliene (Hugill) Lannen, who died July 24, 1998; and his son, Richard Lannen II, who died Sept. 5, 1996.

LANNEN — Private services and burial will take place for Richard W. W.
