SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Donald E. Arnold, 52, of West Homestead, Allegheny County, waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed June 4 by Penn Township police.

Michelle L. Dauer, 38, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road and reckless driving, filed July 21 by Middlesex Township police.

Jonathan T. Elder, 24, of Mars waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road and a stop sign violation, filed July 15 by Middlesex Township police.

Cory J. Jones, 27, of Valencia was held for court on charges of DUI, driving under the influence of a combination of alcohol and drugs, and speeding, filed June 3 by Middlesex Township police.

Nicholas Limbert, 22, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of DUI, two counts of reckless endangerment, careless driving and disregarding traffic lanes, filed April 29 by Penn Township police.

Matthew M. McCool, 43, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed June 30 by state police.

Russell A. Miller, 21, of Valencia waived to court four counts each of forgery and access device fraud, eight counts of identity theft and a charge of theft, filed June 19 by Middlesex Township police.

Miller, in a separate case filed June 6 by Middlesex Township police, waived a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia. In a third case, he pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed June 18 by Middlesex Township police, and was ordered to pay $222.50 in fines and court costs.

Robert M. Ross, 54, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road and careless driving, filed July 6 by state police.

Corrine M. Shirey, 39, of New Kensington, Westmoreland, waived to court charges of DUI, two counts each of child endangerment and reckless endangerment, and driving with an open container of alcohol, reckless driving and careless driving, filed June 29 by Buffalo Township police.

Adam Skantzos-Yaworsky, 19, of Valencia pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed June 24 by Middlesex Township police. Skantzos-Yaworsky was ordered to pay $472.50 in fines and court costs.

Dakota M. Taylor, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving without a license, careless driving and violating hazard regulations filed July 16 by state police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Harold S. Allen, 50, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failing to keep right and disregarding traffic lanes, filed May 5.

William K. Dellich III, 27, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police, reckless endangerment, driving without a court-ordered ignition interlock device, driving an unregistered vehicle, improperly driving a motorcycle, driving with an improper license, driving a motorcycle without proper headgear, speeding, careless driving, reckless driving, disregarding traffic lanes, failing to keep right, improperly passing another vehicle, making an improper turn and a stop sign violation, filed July 29.

Dellich, in a separate case filed July 29, was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment.

Tyler J. Dimaria, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed July 7.

Charissa M. Doyle, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed July 27.

Maximillian W. Halterman, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of theft, conspiracy to commit theft, and receiving stolen property, filed July 16.

David Lee Herold, 29, of Chicora waived to court charges of identity theft, access device fraud and theft by deception, filed Feb. 18.

Victoria A. Lutz, 24, of Butler was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed June 26.

Jakob D. Slomer, 25, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, terroristic threats, simple assault, hit-and-run, failing to immediately notify police of an accident, driving without a court-ordered ignition interlock system, improperly passing another vehicle, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and not wearing proper head gear on a motorcycle, filed June 16.

Gregory A. Smith Jr., 36, of Chicora waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 14.

Sidney R. Snyder, 59, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, a stop sign violation, driving without rear lights, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Aug. 6.

Amanda M. Thompson, 26, of Parker waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking, retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft, filed July 7.

Robert M. Whitlatch, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance and a small amount of marijuana, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed July 27.

Brandy L. Williams, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance, two counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, and defiant trespass, filed July 22. In a separate case filed July 24, she waived a charge of theft from a vehicle.

Gregory F. Wilson, 64, of Butler waived to court charges of corruption of minors, indecent assault and child endangerment, filed Aug. 10.

Jason J. Yearick, 36, of Butler waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 6.

Richard L. Young, 44, of Butler waived to court charges of disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed June 6.

SLIPPERY ROCK — Senior District Judge William Fagley, filling in for District Judge Tim Shaffer, recently heard these cases:

Thomas M. Metcalf, 54, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failing to stop at a red light and careless driving, filed July 28 by state police.

Kevin M. Rummel, 23, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of DUI, resisting arrest, failing to carry his driver’s license, driving at an unsafe speed and not using low beams when approaching another vehicle, filed June 1 by state police.

Danielle F. Werner, 20, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed June 17 by Slippery Rock University police.

Randy M. West, 26, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle, making an improper turn, driving without valid inspection and not wearing a seat belt, filed July 6 by state police.

EVANS CITY — The following cases, filed by various law enforcement agencies, were heard recently by District Judge Wayne D. Seibel:

Maria Marcella McCabe, 51, of Karns City, waived to court charges of DUI controlled substance-schedule 1, DUI controlled substance-schedule 2 or 3, DUI controlled substance-metabolite, DUI controlled substance impaired ability, DUI controlled substance combination of alcohol/drugs, driving without a license, fail to carry license, driving while BAC 0.02 or greater while license suspended, disregarding traffic lane, exceed 55 mph in other location by 26 mph, careless driving, failure to use safety belt- driver and front seat occupant, operate vehicle without ignition interlock, filed July 6 by state police.

Harriette E. Blake, 50, of Valencia, waived to court charges of DUI high rate of BAC (between 0.10 percent and 0.16 percent), DUI and turning movements and required signals, filed July 14 by Adams Township police.
