Tanner Thorson of Minden, NV., in his first race at Lernerville Speedway, won the Sprint Feature on the final points night Friday.

Thorson, 19, edged Jack Sodeman for the win.

A.J. Flick of Apollo finished sixth, but claimed the points title by just seven points over Brandon Matus of Wampum.

Mike Miller of Chicora won the Sportsman feature. It was Miller’s first sportsman win in two years.

Michael Norris of Sarver claimed the checkered flag in the Late Model Feature.
