Matt C. Watt, 35, of Cranberry Township waived for court charges of DUI, DUI with high rate of BAC (greater than 0.16 percent) and obedience to traffic controls, filed July 8 by Zelienople police.

Jordan Alan Cramer, 24, of Aurura, Ohio, waived for court charges of DUI with highest rate of BAC (greater than 0.16 percent), DUI and careless driving, filed July 15 by Zelienople police.

Robert Stuart Geary, 25, of Harmony waived for court charges of DUI, DUI with highest rate of BAC (greater than 0.16 percent) and careless driving, filed July 14 by Zelienople police.

Brooke Katherine Pickard, 24, of Seven Fields waived for court charges of DUI second offense, DUI with highest rate of BAC (greater than 0.16 percent) second offense, careless driving and not using low beam, filed March 25 by Zelienople police.

Jerome Jocuns, 53, of Mars waived for court charges of DUI, DUI with high rate of BAC (between 0.10 percent and 0.16 percent), not using low beam and exceeding max speed established by 20 mph, filed July 6 by Adams Township police.

Cody Rhea Griffith, 21, of Valencia waived for court charges of fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, reckless driving, driving at safe speed, duties at stop sign, failure to yield at yield sign and failure to keep right, filed July 13 by Adams Township police.

Jessica Marie Iclek, 25, of Edinburg waived for court charges of DUI, DUI with highest rate of BAC (greater than 0.16 percent), recklessly endangering another person and careless driving, filed July 8 by Adams Township police.

Dennis Ray Ross, Jr., 23, of Butler waived for court charges of possession of substance without a prescription and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, filed June 26 by Adams Township police.

Russell Andrew Miller, 21, of Valencia, waived for court charge of unauthorized use of a motor/other vehicle, filed July 20 by Adams Township police.
