State Police, Mercer6:46 a.m. Thursday — A pickup truck driven by Adam Geibel, 22, of Grove City struck the back of a car driven by Triona K. Reeher, 25, of Grove City along Route 258 in Liberty Township, Mercer County.Police said Reeher lost control of her car while she attempted to stop for another vehicle turning left onto Courtney Mill Road. Her car began to fishtail and traveled off the road to the right.Geibel's trailing pickup did the same as he attempted to slow down for the turning vehicle and he struck the back of Reeher's car.Both Reeher and Geibel were cited for traffic lane violations.

State Police, Kittanning5:45 p.m. Thursday — Unknown suspects stole $550 from a cash register at 84 Lumber, 169 Butler Road in North Buffalo Township, Armstrong County.Police said a woman distracted store personnel while a man gained entry into the register and stole the cash. The suspects were driving a white four-door sedan. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 724-543-2011.10:20 a.m. Thursday — Jessica L. Cravenor, 32, of Kittanning was flown by medical helicopter to a Pittsburgh hospital after her car crashed along Ford City Road in North Buffalo Township, Armstrong County.Police said Cravenor's car struck a guide rail on the side of the road near the Veterans Bridge, causing her vehicle to roll onto its driver's side.Cravenor was not wearing a seat belt, police said.She suffered moderate injuries.8:26 p.m. Monday — A car driven by Nathan A. Meanor, 18, of Natrona Heights struck the back of a car driven by Tahlon N. Kirkland, 22, of Sarver along Route 28 in Tarentum.Police said Kirkland's car had slowed for traffic at the time of the accident. The collision forced Kirkland's car into the back of a car driven by John J. Harrold, 51, of Ford City.Meanor was cited for driving too fast for conditions.

Grove City PoliceMonday — Tyler J. Baker, 22, of Hermitage was arrested for suspected DUI following a traffic stop on Blair Street for a turn signal violation.
