EVANS CITY — These cases filed by law enforcement agencies were heard recently by District Court Judge Wayne D. Seibel.

Malinda Sue Schlemmer, 30, of Petrolia waived to court charges of receiving stolen property and conspiracy receiving stolen property, filed March 23 by the state police.

Christopher Cody Hill, 29, of Evans City waived to court charges of DUI; DUI highest rate BAC; obedience to traffic-control devices; duties at a stop sign and careless driving, filed June 22 by the state police.

Quay Michael Barnhart, 21, of Evans City waived to court charges of DUI; DUI with the highest rate of BAC: fail to keep right; false reports and reckless driving, filed June 22 the Lancaster Township Police Department.

John T. Cravener, 49, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI; DUI highest rate of BAC; and no headlights, filed June 8 by the Adams Township Police Department.
