He is a white male, about 5-foot-9 and 250 pounds. He has brown hair, blue eyes and commonly changes his facial hair to avoid identification, police said.

McFadden is known to stay in vehicles in abandoned strip mines or secluded wooded areas. He also has broken into vacant cabins, campers and hunting camps where he will live for an extended period of time, police said.

Police said McFadden has fled from troopers multiple times and has been involved in numerous high speed vehicle pursuits.

“Investigators are reaching out to the community and asking for assistance from the public,” the release said.

McFadden is on the PA Crime Stoppers website, and information leading to his arrest could lead to a financial reward, according to the release. Calls are confidential and the caller will remain anonymous.
