SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge William Fagley recently heard these cases for District Judge Tim Shaffer:

Taylor Michael Baldt, 27, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of theft from a motor vehicle and criminal mischief, filed April 3 by state police.

Shawn M. Book, 38, of New Castle waived to court charges of burglary and criminal trespass, filed July 3 by state police.

Amy I. Early, 46, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of forgery and theft by unlawful taking, filed June 14 by state police.

Zachary A. Atwell, 23, of Chicora waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed June 12 by state police.

John E. Foster, 45, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct and simple assault, filed July 7 by borough police.

BUTLER TWP District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases:

Diamond S. McCracken, 34, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of retail theft, filed July 7 by township police. McCracken was ordered to pay $513 in fines and court costs.

Richard D. Hutchison, 57, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to charges of retail theft, filed May 6 by township police. Hutchison was ordered to pay $272 in fines and court costs.

Kelly M. Huling, 44, of Boyers pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving during suspension, filed June 22 by township police. Huling was ordered to pay $829 in fines and court costs.

Rachel C. Baylock, 37, of Chicora waived to court charges of theft by deception, filed June 5 by township police.

Anthony M. Puglisi, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of materially false written statement to purchase, deliver or transfer firearms and unsworn falsification to authorities, filed June 23 by state police.

Raelynne M. Wenck, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, terroristic threats, criminal trespass and driving during suspension, filed June 24 by township police.

Jeanette M. Bonner, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, filed July 6 by township police.

Peter D. Gall, 28, of Butler waived to court three counts of recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct, two counts of reckless driving, two counts of careless driving, filed June 2 by township police.

David L. Gates, 45, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 22 by township police.

Guy B. Simens, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault, resisting arrest, theft by unlawful taking, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness.

Adam M. Will, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and accident involving damage to an unattended vehicle, filed May 21 by township police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases:

Shawne D. Balash, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and theft, filed June 9 by state police. Balash in a separate case filed June 9 by state police, waived charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and reckless driving.

Carmen W. Desmond, 53, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed June 9 by township police. Desmond was ordered to pay $254 in fines and court costs.

Lauren E. George, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed May 27 by township police.

Alexis X. Krause, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and two counts of disregarding traffic lanes, filed June 22 by township police.

Julie L. Lascuola, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property and theft by deception, filed July 13 by township police. Lascuola, in a separate case filed July 8 by township police, waived a charge of retail theft.

Stephanie A. McCormick, 33, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed July 4 by township police.

Sean M. Moser, 30, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed June 5 by township police.

Jeffrey W. Nadiak, 26, of Lyndora waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and public drunkenness, filed June 9 by township police.

Tyler S. Rankin, 21, of Boyers waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed June 16 by township police.
