Denham, Duke
Ashley Bridget Denham, formerly of Penn Hills, and David Craig Duke, formerly of Butler, were united in marriage Dec. 31 at St. Alphonsus Roman Catholic Church in Wexford. The Rev. Peter Murphy officiated. A reception followed at the Sheraton Pittsburgh Airport Hotel.
The bride is the daughter of Peggy Denham. The bride’s stepfather is Vincent Ombres. Parents of the bridegroom are Jayne Duke and Dave Duke.
The matron of honor was Erin Calig. Bridesmaids included Becca Taschner, Kelly Pry, Maddie Sobol, Stacey Simon and Megan Ringeling.
Performing the duties of best man was Brad Duke. Groomsmen included Craig Hartle, Chris Lascuola, Matt Corbin, Kevin Gafner and Randy Klins.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of Oakland Catholic High School and a 2007 graduate of Slippery Rock University.
She is the sales manager at the Sheraton Pittsburgh at Station Square.
The bridegroom graduated from Butler High School in 2002 and from SRU in 2007. He is a creative writer at Dick’s Sporting Goods in Coraopolis.
Following a honeymoon trip to Hawks Cay Resort in the Florida Keys, the couple is residing in Mars.
