The free Family Summer Concert Series, hosted by the Butler County Parks and Recreation Department, is held Tuesdays at the Odd Fellow Gazebo at Alameda Park, Butler Township. Performing at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday will be May Hollow Remedy playing American blues.

The Musicians’ Concert Band, led by conductor Jeff Kroner, has concerts at Butler Intermediate High School today, July 9 and 16 at 7:30 p.m. Admission is $5. Visit musiciansconcertband.com.

Watermelon Wednesdays at Slippery Rock Park features the following performers: Certerville (Todd Heinsberg & Friends) on Wednesday, and Muddy Creek with Dennis Grosky on July 15. Call 724-794-8180.

The Ayres Foundation Concert Series will feature the classic rock band This, That and the Other Thing from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday at the James A. Ayres Amphitheater in Zelienople Community Park. Take a lawn chair.

Live at Lunch, the free summer concert series at the Butler County Symphony office, 259 S. Main St., will feature Cloud Chamber for a folk set at noon Wednesday.

Free concerts will be presented by Harmony Borough Parks on the square in Harmony. The Allegheny Brass Band performs at 8 p.m. today, followed by fireworks. Take a chair or blanket.

REGION

Hartwood Acres in Hampton Township, Allegheny County, offers a free performance by The Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra at 8 p.m. Sunday. Visit alleghenycounty.us/parks/hwfac.aspx.
