District Judge Lewis Stoughton

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Uriah A. Bish, 22, of Petrolia waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Feb. 9. Bish, in a separate case filed May 7, waived charges of access device fraud and theft from a vehicle.

Andrew D. Culp, 29, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, speeding and careless driving, filed April 22.

Jonathan L. Madden, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, speeding, careless driving and not using turn signals, filed April 9.

Cody B. Smith, 37, of Jay, Okla., was held for court on charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed April 20.

Jay M. Smith, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and public drunkenness, filed April 20.

SLIPPERY ROCK — Senior District Judge Joseph O’Donnell recently heard these cases:

Brenton T. Ayers, 23, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving with an open container of alcohol, filed April 15 by Slippery Rock police. Ayers in a separate case filed April 15 by Slippery Rock police, waived charges of DUI, disorderly conduct and diversion of services.

Milo T. Freese, 21, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, disregarding traffic lanes, disobeying traffic control devices and driving with an obstructed windshield, filed March 5 by Slippery Rock police.

Dominique E. Jeremko, 23, of Mars waived to court charges of DUI and failing to keep right, filed April 11 by Slippery Rock police.

Alexander J. Krills, 19, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and possessing a small amount of marijuana, filed Jan. 28 by Slippery Rock University police.

Penny C. McCluskey, 54, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, driving a vehicle without inspection and not wearing a seat belt, filed April 13 by state police.

Jacob M. Miller, 20, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of DUI and driving without valid inspection, filed April 13 by Slippery Rock police.

Luke Sherer, 18, of Pittsburgh waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 27 by SRU police.

Richard S. Sickle, 62, of Portersville waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia, and driving without valid inspection, filed Feb. 17 by Moraine State Park rangers.

Nikola J. Skrak, 30, of Prospect waived to court charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police, driving with a suspended license, trespass by vehicle, driving at an unsafe speed, reckless driving, careless driving, hit-and-run and five counts of running a stop sign, filed April 13 by Prospect police.

Dennis Szakelyhidi, 64, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of open lewdness and indecent assault, filed April 14 by Moraine State Park rangers.

Brittany May Wilcox, 24, of Portersville waived to court charges of terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment and harassment, filed May 10 by state police.

Chad A. Wimer, 23, of Portersville waived to court a charge of littering, filed April 14 by Moraine State Park rangers.
