Authorities said a police informant called Wells’ cell phone Oct. 2 and set up a deal in the 400 block of South Main Street in Butler, where the defendant allegedly sold $45 worth of heroin.

Additionally, he is charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Walker is accused of selling 10 stamp bags of heroin to a police informant Dec. 3 at the Greater Butler Mart in Butler Township.

She is charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.
