District Judge Kevin O’Donnell

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases:

Jennifer G. Clawson, 30, of Evans City pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed Feb. 5 by township police. Clawson was ordered to pay $490.50 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Michelle A. Crawford, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and conspiracy to commit theft, filed April 7 by township police.

Jake M. Euler, 21, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 23 by Butler County Community College police.

Mickey T. Fazzino, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possessing drug paraphernalia, reckless driving and three counts of trespass by vehicle, filed April 7 by township police.

Meghan E. Grace, 31, of Butler was held for court on two counts each of theft by deception and conspiracy to commit theft by deception, filed March 17 by township police.

Timothy D. Kelly, 58, of Slippery Rock was held for court on two counts of failing to comply with registration requirements for sexual offenders, filed Feb. 18 by state police.

Tawny K. Matuke, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit theft by deception, filed April 7 by township police.

Vanessa E. Morrison, 24, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to charges of retail theft and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed March 16 by township police. Morrison was ordered to pay $798.99 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Joseph B. Neckerman Jr., 41, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI and driving with an open container of alcohol, filed March 20 by township police.

Gary Nicolls Jr., 42, of New Castle waived to court two counts each of retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft, filed in a pair of cases April 7 by township police.

Paula A. Schwartz, 30, of Evans City pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed Feb. 5 by township police. Schwartz was ordered to pay $490.50 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Eric D. Shever, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of receiving stolen property and theft, filed May 3 by township police.

Joshua J. Space, 22, of Butler was held for court on two counts each of theft by deception and conspiracy to commit theft by deception, filed March 17 by township police.

Randy B. Stephenson, 53, of Butler was held for court on charges of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft and hindering apprehension, filed March 30 by township police.

Terry G. Stephenson, 56, of Butler was held for court on charges of retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft, filed March 30 by township police.

District Judge Lewis Stoughton

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Aaron J. Banks, 29, of Karns City was held for court on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving, reckless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed March 23.

Richard W. Connors, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, filed March 6.

Janelle K. Hall, 19, of East Brady, Clarion County, waived to court charges of furnishing alcohol to minors and underage possession of alcohol, filed March 2.

George R. Housekeeper, 66, of Bruin waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed March 2.

Bret M.B. King, 20, of Cowansville, Armstrong County, waived to court a charge of furnishing alcohol to minors and underage drinking, filed March 2.

Paul B. Pash, 49, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed March 23.

Haley D. Roccia-Leight, 19, of Butler was held for court on a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed March 6.

Jason J. Trufley, 44, of Butler was held for court on charges of receiving stolen property, tampering or fabricating physical evidence, and hindering apprehension, filed April 27.

District Judge Wayne Seibel

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Brittany Marie Smith, 25, of Butler waived her case to court. Adams Township police on March 16 charged her with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Luke Owen Baranchak, 18, of Butler waived his case to court. The state police on March 15 charged him with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Lisa Marie Martorano, 36, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. Jackson Township police on April 6 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

William Joseph Foster, 56, of Harmony waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on March 4 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

Jonathan Drake Cousins, 26, of Kittanning had his case held to court. Jackson Township police on Feb. 25 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Heidi Ann Bricker, 33, of Evans City waived her case to court. The state police on April 8 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Paul Michael Gerlesky, 32, of Aurora, Ill., waived his case to court. The state police on April 16 charged him with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

District Judge Dave Kovach

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Joshua Lee Gibson, 25, of Harmony waived his case to court. Police on Jan. 8 charged him with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Katherine Michelle Kelly, 28, of Evans City waived her case to court. Police on Feb. 4 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving.

Elizabeth Shianne Fortner, 19, of Avalon waived her case to court. Police on April 3 charged her with conspiracy, retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Joshua Raymond Lucas, 27, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on March 4 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Patrisha Lynn Fenchel, 51, of Beaver Falls waived her case to court. Police on April 17 charged her with retail theft.

Duane Andrew Hovis, 49, of Rochester waived his case to court. Police on April 8 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a license.

Damian C. Travis, 20, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on April 8 charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia.
