The Mary Hulton Phillips Gallery at Butler County Community College is hosting the exhibit “Paintings by Bill Brunken” through May 5. Call 724-287-8711, Ext. 8425.

Maridon Museum, 322 N. McKean St., displays Asian art and pieces of German Meissen porcelain. Gallery hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays. Admission is $4 for adults, $3 for senior citizens and students, and free for children younger than 8. Guided tours are available with advanced notice for no extra charge. Carnegie Museum of Art, 4400 Forbes Ave., presents “Sketch to Structure” through May 25, “Visiting Van Gogh: Still Life, Basket of Apples” through July 6, “Teenie Harris Photographs: Cars” April 30 to Nov. 16, and “She Who Tells a Story: Women Photographers from Iran and the Arab World” May 30 to Sept. 28. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays through Saturdays and noon to 5 p.m. Sundays with extended hours until 8 p.m. Thursdays.
