BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases:

Zachary D. Flora, 24, of Carrolltown, Cambria County, waived to court charges of possessing a prohibited offensive weapon, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, possessing a small amount of marijuana, driving without insurance, driving an unregistered vehicle and careless driving, filed Jan. 30 by township police.

Ronald K. Musick, 46, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Feb. 2 by township police.

James E. Pahler Jr., 48, of East Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, disregarding traffic lanes, driving too fast for conditions and driving with worn tires, filed Feb. 10 by township police.

Jason T. Perry, 31, of Lyndora waived to court charges of resisting arrest, two counts of disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness, filed March 8 by state police.

Mark A. Porter, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Jan. 20 by township police.

Adam M. Spinner, 25, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of driving with a suspended license and retail theft, filed Nov. 5 by township police. Spinner was ordered to pay $738 in fines and court costs.

Nathaniel D. Teske, 28, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of retail theft and disorderly conduct, filed March 10 by township police. Teske was ordered to pay $647.97 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Terry Williams, 51, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed March 9 by township police.
