State lawmaker welcomes public to new office

ZELIENOPLE — Butler County residents have a new office to use to get help with state government.

State Sen. Elder Vogel, R-47th, spent Thursday at his new satellite office in the Butler County Tourism and Convention Bureau office at 310 E. Grandview Ave.

Vogel said the public can come to the office between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to ask for assistance with any state government agencies or share their concerns about legislation or state government.

State Rep. Jim Marshall, R-14th, also has a satellite office in the tourism bureau building from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. every Tuesday.

Both men’s districts changed in December to include portions of western Butler County.
