Butler Twp Police

12:59 a.m. Monday — James Seanor, 54, made things worse for himself after police cited him for disorderly conduct stemming from a noise complaint at this Whitestown Village home. Officers said they charged him after he refused to keep the noise down. Shortly after police left, officers were called back after Seanor allegedly threatened the person who made the noise complaint. Police issued Seanor another citation, this one for harassment.

Monday — Police filed drug charges against Alan M. Chambers, 29, of Butler stemming from his arrest Feb. 13 for violating a protection from abuse order. Officers said they found Chambers with suspected contraband when they arrested him for the PFA violation. He is charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

7:30 p.m. Sunday — A car driven by Matthew Myers, 24, of Butler slid off snow-covered Whitestown Road at Garden Avenue and hit a traffic sign. Myers was cited for driving too fast for conditions and driving with an expired inspection.

9:50 p.m. Saturday — Elizabeth K. Milligan, 55, was arrested after she allegedly punched a 15-year-old in the head at least four times during a domestic dispute at her Whitestown Village home. She was arraigned on charges of simple assault and harassment, and placed in the Butler County Prison on $3,000 bail.

2:13 p.m. Saturday — A car driven by Robert Bowden Jr., 40, of South Lebanon, Ohio, rear-ended another vehicle on Evans City Road. Rachel Pavelek, 34, of Butler was the other driver. Bowden told officers that he looked away from the road “for a couple of seconds” and did not see Pavelek’s car in front of him had stopped. Police cited him for following too closely to another vehicle.

7:13 a.m. Friday — Wyatt Everetts, 19, of Petrolia lost control of his car and crashed on ice-covered Route 422 west near East Jefferson Street. Everetts was cited for driving too fast for conditions.

State Police, Butler

11:18 a.m. Sunday — No one was hurt when a PennDOT snow plow struck the left rear fender of a state police cruiser on Interstate 79 in Worth Township. Kenneth A. Boren, 54, of New Castle, the plow driver, was trying to go around the marked police, which was parked in a crossover on the highway, when the front right part of the plow hit the car.

2:20 a.m. Sunday — Zachary Angert, 27, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 8 in Center Township.

Sunday — State police want to know who put a dead fox on the car of an 18-year-old man over the weekend.

The incident occurred between 11 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. Sunday in the 200 block of Seminole Trail in Center Township. Anyone with information is asked to call 724-284-8100.
