District Judge Sue Haggerty

SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

James R. Borland, 44, of Lyndora waived to court charges of driving under the influence and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Dec. 11 by Penn Township police.

Anthony Bucko, 19, of Butler waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia filed Dec. 11 by Penn Township police.

Erika Cascio, 32, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed Dec. 10 by Penn Township police. Cascio was ordered to pay $499.22 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Joseph E. Banachoske, 52, of Bakerstown, Allegheny County, was held for court on charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property and driving with a suspended license-DUI related, filed Dec. 30 by Penn Township police.

Keith A. Englert, 50, of Valencia waived to court charges of terroristic threats and harassment, filed Jan. 23 by Middlesex Township police.

Stephanie A. Fields, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and speeding, filed Dec. 10 by Penn Township police.

Dorothy Ann Howat, 74, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Dec. 30 by Penn Township police.

Marsha L. Palermo, 51, of Valencia was held for court on charges of DUI, driving too fast for conditions and improper use of high beams, filed Dec. 29 by Middlesex Township police.

Michael S. Salerno, 40, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Jan. 23 by Buffalo Township police.

Hunter M. Shrader, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Dec. 16 by state police.

Tabitha M. Thomas, 24, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and access device fraud, filed Dec. 16 by state police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases:

Martha J. Bowser, 50, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 16 by township police. Bowser was ordered to pay $472.50 in fines and court costs.

Amy M. Cook, 32, of Harmony waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft, and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 15 by township police.

Robert L. Fajerksi, 43, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license-DUI related, driving without a license, hit-and-run, reckless driving, careless driving, making an improper turn and public drunkenness, filed Jan. 21 by township police.

David S. Keffalas, 62, of Renfrew waived to court charges of hit-and-run, careless driving and following too closely to another vehicle, filed Jan. 23 by township police.

Tori N. Kuhn, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, a lighting violation and driving with an open container of alcohol, filed Jan. 5 by township police.

Shawn E. Mertz, 22, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft, and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 15 by township police.

Shane A. Nichols, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 16 by township police.

Randall A. Peevey, 36, of Lyndora was held for court on a charge of DUI, filed Jan. 7 by state police.

Marcus D. Register Jr., 43, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Feb. 15 by township police.

Dani L. Ritchie, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and driving too fast for conditions, filed Dec. 16 by township police.

Justina J. Rivera, 28, of Farmingville, N.Y., waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed, reckless driving and careless driving, filed July 7 by township police.

Korie J. Thompson, 41, of Butler waived to court charges of forgery and attempted acquisition of a controlled substance by fraud, filed Feb. 5 by township police.

Craig R. Campbell, 22, of East Brady, Clarion County, waived to court charges of attempted theft, conspiracy to commit theft, defiant trespass, damaging property by vehicle and illegally abandoning a vehicle, filed Jan. 8.

Zachary T. Collins, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving and reckless driving, filed Jan. 12.

Ryan J. Duttine, 22, of East Brady, Clarion County, waived to court charges of attempted theft, conspiracy to commit theft, defiant trespass, damaging property by vehicle and illegally abandoning a vehicle, filed Jan. 8.

Austin A. George, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of operating or conducting a chop shop, conspiracy to own or operate a chop shop, altering or destroying a vehicle identification number, altering or destroying a vehicle identification number, filed Feb. 10.

Jeremy W. Green, 38, of Butler waived to court two counts each of corruption of minors and indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old, filed Feb. 5.

Bryan L. Griffith, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of receiving stolen property and retail theft, filed Jan. 26.

Nichole L. Hoerl, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of child endangerment, possessing drug paraphernalia and two counts of possessing a controlled substance, filed Sept. 9.

Kimberly J. Montgomery, 48, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, driving without headlights, careless driving and a seat belt violation, filed Jan. 28.

Austin M. Rottman, 23, of Fenelton waived to court charges of operating or conducting a chop shop, altering or destroying a vehicle identification number, altering or destroying a vehicle identification number, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to receive stolen property, filed Jan. 28.

Rottman in a separate case filed Feb. 9, waived charges of trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.

Lynndee C. Shields, 31, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, driving a vehicle without insurance, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving, hit-and-run, failing to stop and give information or render aid after an accident and failing to immediately notify police of an accident, filed Dec. 31.

Jacob G. Trufley, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of operating or conducting a chop shop, altering or destroying a vehicle identification number, altering or destroying a vehicle identification number, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to receive stolen property, filed Jan. 29.

Trufley in a separate case filed Feb. 9, waived charges of trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.

Brian A. Claypoole, 38, of Sharon, Mercer County, waived to court charges of illegal use of a license plate, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without valid inspection, making an improper turn and failing to notify authorities of a change in address, filed Nov. 22 by Harrisville police.

Zachary M. Cygan, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without insurance, careless driving, disregarding traffic lanes, driving a vehicle without inspection and driving with an open container of alcohol, filed Jan. 8 by state police.

Devon A. DeLucca, 23, of Pittsburgh waived to court a charge of reckless endangerment, filed Jan. 5 by state police.

Shane M. Snyder, 32, of Lyndora was held for court on charges of simple assault, resisting arrest, criminal mischief and harassment, filed Feb. 6 by state police.

Dorothy P. Stromdahl, 21, of Titusville, Crawford County waived to court charges of DUI and driving the wrong way, filed Jan. 16 by Slippery Rock police.
