Open house set for St. Wendelin

St. Wendelin Preschool, 211 St. Wendelin Road, will have an open house and registration at 9 a.m. Monday.

Children will experience a preschool lesson while parents receive program materials.

The preschool will offer a full-day program from 8 a.m. to 2:25 p.m. and a morning-only program from 8 to 11:15 a.m.

Ukrainian church plans bake sale

LYNDORA — SS. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 21 Evergreen St., will host a bake sale March 10, 11 and 12.

The sale will feature twist breads and nut and apricot rolls.

Christian school hosts open house

First Baptist Christian School will have an open house at 6 p.m. March 9 in the auditorium of First Baptist Church, 221 W. New Castle St.

The school is accepting applications for the fall term for pre-kindergarten through 12th grade.

Lighthouse Foundation, 1302 E. Cruikshank Road, will offer free computer classes starting March 18.
