EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Eric Amos, 23, of Butler waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on Dec. 18 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Alan Joseph Moser, 57, of Harmony had his case held to court. The state police on Jan. 13 charged him with homicide by vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, homicide by vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Jennifer D. Rape, 37, of Zelienople waived her case to court. The state police on Dec. 22 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Gabriela O’Brien, 19, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. Evans City police on Dec. 16 charged her with possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and purchasing alcohol as a minor.

Dustin Colt Nichols, 24, of Azle, Texas, had his case held to court. Lancaster Township police on June 25 charged him with criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Nicole Frances Ordean, 40, of Gibsonia waived her case to court. Police on Dec. 10 charged her with retail theft.

Peter Alexi Salata, 40, of Butler waived his case to court. Police on Jan. 14 charged him with retail theft.

Jennifer Theilan, 32, of North Braddock waived her case to court. Police on Jan. 24 charged her with conspiracy and retail theft.

Ronell N. Somerville, 29, of Cranberry Township had her case held to court. Police on Jan. 30 charged her with aggravated assault, aggravated assault by vehicle, recklessly endangering another person, driving with a suspended license and reckless driving.

Dwayne Michael Vargo, 35, of Lowber waived his case to court. The state police on Nov. 21 charged him with corrupt organizations, conspiracy, burglary, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Jeff Pusateri, 37, of North Braddock waived his case to court. The state police on Nov. 21 charged him with corrupt organizations, conspiracy and receiving stolen property.

John Michael Healy, 29, of Wampum waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 15 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Brandi Boofer, 33, of Chicora waived her case to court. Police on Dec. 19 charged her with retail theft.

Cory Thomas Wauthier, 22, of Midway waived his case to court. Police on Nov. 8 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Angelic Paulik, 39, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. Police on Jan. 16 charged her with retail theft.
