This exhibit is part of the Heinz History Center's 150th anniversary Civil War traveling exhibit at Stewart Hall in Harmony through Feb. 3.

Harmony Museum, 218 Mercer St., Harmony, hosts “The Civil War in Pennsylvania,” a Heinz History Center traveling exhibit as well as an expansion of the museum's exhibit on the war's influences in the county, through Feb. 3. Museum tours are offered 1 to 4 p.m. daily except when the museum is closed Mondays. Admission is $7 for adults, $6 for senior citizens, and $3 for youths ages 6 to 17. Call 724-452-7341.

Drake Well Museum, 202 Museum Lane, Titusville, hosts Something More Saturdays, a monthly program offering visitors learning experiences not included in a typical visit to the museum. Scheduled from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. the second Saturday of each month, programs are included in regular admission fees of $10 for adults ages 12 to 64, $8 for senior citizens as well as groups of 10 or more, and $5 for youths ages 3 to 11. Active military and their families and children younger than 3 are admitted free. A special rate available for families is $20 for two adults and three children. Carnegie Science Center, North Side, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Jan. 31 will hold Ice Age Day with cold-themed activities. Ice Age animal touchables will be on hand, including mammoth and saber-toothed cat teeth, along with a cast of a mastodon foot. Center hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays through Fridays and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturdays. Visit CarnegieScienceCenter.org.Heinz History Center, 1212 Smallman St., will host a panel discussion on “The Life & Legend of Mister Rogers, the Early Years,” at 4 p.m. Friday. Following the hour-long program, visitors can see the newly installed sets and other artifacts from the “Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood” television program. Tickets to the “Mister Rogers” event are included with regular admission of $15 for adults, $13 for senior citizens, and $6 for students and children ages 6 to 17. Visit www.heinzhistorycenter.org.Fort Pitt Museum in Point State Park will be closed until Jan. 31 for improvements.Children’s Museum, Allegheny Square, hosts the exhibit “Bounce: Inspired by the World’s Most Amazing Ball!” through March 8 and the annual Tough Art exhibit through Feb. 1.
