EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Stephanie Nico Peterson, 27, of Mars waived her case to court. Adams Township police on Dec. 1 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Michael Joel Barnes, 43, of Valencia waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Nov. 19 charged him with recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct.

Jacquey Lynn Losco, 47, of Harmony waived her case to court. Jackson Township police on Nov. 24 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Eric Matthew Joy, 34, of Zelienople waived his case to court. The state police on Nov. 25 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Logan Louis Kay, 18, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Zelienople police on Sept. 24 charged him with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.

Brian Keith Weitzel, 46, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on July 30 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving.

Stacy L. Bastian, 42, of Renfrew had her case held to court. Adams Township police on Dec. 1 charged her with possession of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and operating a vehicle without valid inspection.

John Edward Hardt, 57, of Mars waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Dec. 3 charged him with possession of marijuana and driving with a suspended license.

Tommy Ray Hogan, 36, of Bradley, Okla., had his case held to court. Zelienople police on Aug. 25 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a license.

Andrew David Vonhofen, 32, of Grove City waived his case to court. Zelienople police on Dec. 14 charged him with simple assault, harassment, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, identity theft and criminal mischief.

Rayna Marie Jean Slaughenhoupt, 18, of Valencia waived her case to court. Adams Township police on Nov. 14 charged her with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving.

Walter Wojichowski, 35, of Harmony waived his case to court. Zelienople police on Oct. 30 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Christopher Michael Burke, 40, of Butler waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Dec. 9 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and driving without insurance.

Brian Daniel Kennard, 25, of West Sunbury waived his case to court. Evans City police on Dec. 18 charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bradley David Ringeisen, 22, of Evans City waived his case to court. The state police on Dec. 10 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Kevin F. Gibson, 60, of Gibsonia waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Dec. 11 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Nicholas David Davis, 33, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Zelienople police on Aug. 21 charged him with criminal mischief, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without insurance and careless driving.
