Betty Ann Dixon, 90, formerly of Herman passed away Dec. 19 at the Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born in Avalon, and was the daughter of the late Charles and Estella Pfefferle Brubach.

She was retired from Du-Co Ceramics Company, where she worked as an inspector.

Betty was a member of Crosswinds Alliance Church in Butler and American Legion Post 683.

She is survived by four daughters, Katie McLafferty and her husband, Steve, of Herman, Hope Schiebel and her husband, Dale, of Herman, Joy Love of Baton Rouge, La., and Melody Bucci and her husband, Mike, of Penn Hills.

Also surviving are eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Ivan P. Fleck, who passed away Sept. 20, 1978; her second husband, Richard L. Dixon, who passed away April 11, 2004; one brother, Francis Brubach; and one sister, Grace Taylor.

DIXON — There will be no visitation for Betty Ann Dixon, who died Friday, Dec. 19, 2014.Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.Burial will be in Summit Presbyterian Cemetery.Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Martin Funeral Home, Butler.For more information, visit www.martinfh.net.
