District Judge Wayne Seibel EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Richard Edward Wallace, 40, of Harmony waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on Sept. 29 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, public drunkenness and driving an unregistered vehicle.Anthony Thomas Biondo, 37, of Verona waived his case to court. The state police on Dec. 1 charged him with rape, statutory sexual assault and indecent exposure.Machel Charles McIntosh, 27, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Evans City police on Dec. 10 charged him with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and driving under the influence of a controlled substance.Olena Marchenko, 33, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. Evans City police on Nov. 13 charged her with careless driving, driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence of a controlled substance.Michael James Walsh, 25, of Allison Park waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Nov. 16 charged him with theft extortion, harassment and driving with a suspended license.Aaron Blackburn Hughes, 34, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. County detectives on July 11 charged him with theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.Jenni Asciolla, 35, of Lyndora waived her case to court.
