The Associated Artists of Butler County group presents the annual Nature and Wildlife Show through Friday at The Art Center, 344 S. Main St. The annual Holiday Show and Sale will run Dec. 5 to Jan. 3. Opening night festivities with music by Harmony Hot Haus will begin at 7 p.m. Dec. 5. Maridon Museum, 322 N. McKean St., displays Asian art and pieces of German Meissen porcelain. Gallery hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays, except holidays. Saxonburg Area Artists Cooperative, 215 W. Main St. rear, in Saxonburg, is presenting “The Daily Ritual: A Ceramic Cup Show” through Saturday. The gallery will celebrate its fifth anniversary Friday, at the same time as Light-Up Night in Saxonburg. Admission is free. Gallery hours are noon to 8 p.m. Fridays and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturdays. Red Brick Gallery, 17 Main St., Foxburg, presents the Christmas Holidays Members Show through Dec. 22. The co-op consists of 15 artists from Butler, Clarion, Venango and Armstrong counties. Carnegie Museum of Art, 4400 Forbes Ave., hosts the exhibition “Teenie Harris Photographs: Civil Rights Perspectives” through March 31 and “Storyteller: The Photographs of Duane Michals” through Feb. 16. The museum is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays through Saturdays and noon to 5 p.m. Sundays with extended hours until 8 p.m. Thursdays, except holidays.
