Norma L. Jones, 83, a Pine Township, Mercer County, resident for the past 20 years, passed away Friday at the Grove City Medical Center after a brief illness.

She was born in Hopedale, Ohio, on Feb. 7, 1931, to Merle Busby and Mary Easlick Busby.

She married to Albert T. Jones on March 11, 1974, and he passed on Feb. 3, 1998. Norma was formerly married to Elwood Boling.

She retired from Grove Manor, where she was a dietitian for 10 years. Norma was a caregiver to many people in their homes for the past 20 years. She was a Methodist.

Survivors include four children, Doris Henry and her husband, David, of Harrisville, E. Ronald Boling of Battle Creek, Mich., Raymond L. Boling and his wife, Linda, of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Merle D. Boling of Erie; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one sister, Doris Wheeles of Ozark, Ark.; and one brother, Edward Busby of Hopedale, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands, and one daughter-in-law, Missy A. Boling, who died in 2012.

JONES — Private family services for Norma L. Jones, who died Friday, Oct. 24, 2014, will be Sunday at the Cunningham Funeral Home, Grove City, with the Rev. Willard Morse, visiting pastor of the Grace United Methodist Church, officiating.Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Jackson Center.Memorial contributions in Norma's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
