Jeanette M. Ireland, 87, of Butler passed away at 4:40 p.m. Monday at Butler VNA Inpatient Hospice.

She was born on July 29, 1927, in Butler, the daughter of the late John Markovich and Julia Dmytryk Markovich.

Jeanette was a member of the Trinity Presbyterian Church, Butler.

She was a retired nurse from the VA Butler Healthcare hospital.

Surviving are her daughter, Julie Ireland of Santa Monica, Calif.; her son, William M. “Bud” Ireland Jr. of Butler; and her sister, Patricia Olson of Dallas, Texas.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William M. Ireland Sr., and her sister, Martha Kaessinger.
