Butler Police8:39 p.m. Tuesday — Four people were cited for a street fight in the 100 block of North Main Street. Police separated the suspects, told them to stay away from one another and advised each to expect a ticket for disorderly conduct.The alleged combatants are Tyler A. Albright, 22, Charles W. Burgess Jr., 31, and Alisha Weisenstein, 18, all of Butler, and James E. Howard-George, 21, of Lyndora.8:04 p.m. Tuesday — A car driven by Antoinette M. Frontini, 51, of Butler Township rear-ended a sport utility vehicle stopped in a paving construction zone on North Main Street hill. Jamie M. Logan, 37, of East Butler was driving the SUV.4:18 p.m. Tuesday — Cars driven by Stormy M. Wentling, 21, of Butler and Jennifer L. Dearth, 46, Oakland Township collided on East Jefferson Street near Elm Street.

8:58 a.m. Monday — Kathleen M. Ferrer, 32, of Butler struck a pile of limestone partially on Hampton Court. Police cited Ferrer for driving without a license.

Tuesday — Police charged Malissa Ann Russell, 32, of Stoneboro with theft for allegedly stealing $400 from the borough apartment of an acquaintance Aug. 8.

6:10 p.m. Monday — John M. Haslett, 31, allegedly cut off his electronic monitoring anklet and fled his home in the 600 block of North Main Street in Butler. The tampering set off the alarm in the monitoring device and alerted authorities.A representative of MHY Family Services in Adams Township, which provides services for adult and juvenile offenders in the county's community monitoring program, called Haslett's home and spoke to his aunt.The aunt reported he was not home and his ankle bracelet was on the porch, according to court documents,Haslett is charged with escape.

2:20 p.m. Tuesday — Stephanie M. Yohe, 25, of Parker suffered a minor injury when the sport utility vehicle she was driving rear-ended a pickup truck stopped in a construction zone on Route 38 in Center Township.Police cited Yohe for careless driving, not wearing a seat belt and an improper use of a license plate. Keith D. Holt, 36, of Chicora was driving the pickup.1:30 a.m. Tuesday — A bottle of prescription medication was reportedly stolen overnight in a burglary at an apartment in the 300 block of Grove City Road in Slippery Rock Township. The tenant was home sleeping when the break-in occurred. Police have no suspects.

9 p.m. Monday — A driver backed into a tractor-trailer parked at the TravelCenter of America truck stop off Interstate 80 in Barkeyville and did not stop.
