1:50 p.m. Friday — A car driven by Deborah J. Bush, 61, of Prospect collided with a car driven by Susan A. McNeish, 43, of Butler at the intersection of South Chestnut and West Diamond streets.Police said Bush failed to stop at a stop sign as she was driving north on Chestnut Street and struck the car driven by McNeish, who was turning from Diamond Street.Bush was cited with a stop sign violation.Butler Twp. Police8:21 a.m. Friday — Police are investigating a stolen truck from a home on Westwood Manor.The truck was a converted U-Haul truck that was modified for contracting work. It is white and has multiple ladders and picks on its roof.The registration is YRH0424. If anyone sees the vehicle, they are asked to call 911.

3:25 p.m. Friday — A motorcyclist was injured after a collision with a car at the intersection of Route 19 and Burnside Road in Muddy Creek Township.Police said a pickup truck driven by Howard A. Connell, 81, of Slippery Rock was pulling onto Route 19 when he cut in front of the motorcycle driven by Mark A. Bedillion, 48, of Millvale, Pa.Connell struck the rear side of Harley-Davidson, causing Bedillion to be thrown from the bike.Bedillion was taken by ambulance to Allegheny General Hospital with moderate injuries.Connell was cited for a stop sign violation.5:53 p.m. Sept. 6 — Benjamin R. Kauffman, 38, of Volant was arrested for suspected DUI after crashing his vehicle along Branchton Road, just east of Grubb Road in Cherry Township.Police said Kauffman lost control of his vehicle and struck an embankment, causing it to roll onto its roof.

Monday — State police are investigating a burglary in the 400 block of East Gilmore Road in Wolf Creek Township, Mercer County.Someone broke into the basement of a 57-year-old man's home.Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 724-662-6162.
