Michelle and William Elliott

Michelle Heasley and William Elliott, both of Butler, were united in marriage June 28 at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler. The Rev. Harry Bielewicz officiated. A reception followed at the Pittsburgh Marriott North in Cranberry Township.

The bride is the daughter of Steve Heasley of Renfrew and Elaine Heasley of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Ken and Chris Elliott of Sarver.

The honor attendant was Camille Pia of New Castle. Bridesmaids included Barbara Ansell of Saxonburg, Jennifer Antal of Slippery Rock, Lexie Elliott of Columbia, S.C., Sandra Waterbec of Butler, Sally Kauffman of Butler, Tara Barningham of Fredericksburg, Va., Jessica Bosco of Fenelton and Holly Wilson of Butler.

The flower girl was Alex Bosco of Fenelton.

Performing the duties of best man was Aaron Wilson of Cannonsburg. Ushers included Josh Smith of Tarentum, Stephen Heasley of Sydney, Australia, Phillip Heasley of Butler, Jeff Kolish of Sarver, Jeff Sinclair of Natrona Heights, Greg Kolish of Sarver, Bill Mylan of Butler and Beau Elliott of Brackenridge.

The ring bearer was Landon Syput of Harrison Township.

The bride is a 1998 graduate of Butler High School and a 2003 graduate of Slippery Rock University.

She is a junior high school health and physical education teacher in the Butler School District. She also is employed by Butler Gymnastics Club.

The bridegroom graduated from Knoch High School in 2006 and from Slippery Rock University in 2010.

He is a health and physical education teacher at Butler High School.

Following a honeymoon trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica, the couple is making their home in Butler.
