'I pledge allegiance'
Summit Township Elementary School kindergartner Parker Horstman and his classmates say the Pledge of Allegiance on the first day of school Wednesday in the Butler School District. Other area school districts also started the year Wednesday, including South Butler, Mars and Karns City.
