Catherine Varnum and Jason Policicchio

A September wedding is being planned by Catherine Varnum and Jason Policicchio, both of Jacksonville, Fla.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Doug and Mary Varnum of Kirkville, N.Y. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Armand and Judy Policicchio of Butler.

The future bride is a 2001 graduate of East Syracuse Minoa High School. She graduated in 2005 from Ithaca College with a bachelor’s degree in journalism.

She is a reporter and anchor for CBS/FOX in Jacksonville.

Her fiance graduated in 2003 from Butler High School. He graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in communications.

He is a producer at WJXT Television in Jacksonville.
