10:33 a.m. Wednesday — Carrie D. Weber, 35, of Butler Township was hurt in a two-car collision at West Cunningham Street and Wagner Avenue. Weber, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. Dylan S. Orcutt, 20, of Tonawanda, N.Y., was the other driver.Wednesday — Police obtained an arrest warrant for Joseph B. Moore, 28, of Butler Township after he allegedly struck another man with a tire iron about 5 p.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of West Cunningham Street.Moore is accused of attacking David Watts, 28, of East Brady, Clarion County, in the parking lot of the Family Video shopping plaza.Police spoke to Watts after being called to the Butler Memorial emergency room, where he was being treated for a large cut on his head. Watts told officers that Moore had struck him with a tire iron.Moments before the assault, according to court documents, Watts had been talking about doing work on Moore's vehicle. The suspect got into his sport utility vehicle and drove away after the alleged attack.Watts' mother, Mari Anne Moore, 57, of East Brady, told police that she was sitting in her vehicle nearby and saw what happened. She corroborated her son's account, documents said.Moore is charged with aggravated assault, a felony.6:56 p.m. Tuesday — Jonathan J. Dillingham, 21, allegedly assaulted his girlfriend, 20-year-old Sara Johnson, during a domestic dispute at the couple's home on Ash Street.Johnson told police that Dillingham returned home and got angry with her. She said he choked her, pushed her down and slammed her face into a table. The defendant a short time later got a knife but she fended him off and ran out of the house.A police report noted that when officers spoke to her Johnson was bleeding from a cut to the back of the head and she had redness and scrapes on her face.Dillingham was gone when police got to the home. He's wanted on an arrest warrant for simple assault.3:52 p.m. Tuesday — Cars driven by Shaddi J. Shanaa, 21, of Columbus, Ohio, and Timothy M. Nelly, 66, of Butler collided at North Street and Wagner Avenue.

Tuesday — A 13-year-old boy was hurt when a pickup truck struck the bicycle he was riding on West Main Street near the McDonald's restaurant. Police did not identify the boy, who was treated at Grove City Medical Center for undisclosed injuries.Police said the youth rode into the street between stopped cars, leaving the pickup driver, Steve Young, 45, of Grove City, with no time to stop. The boy was not wearing a helmet.

1:27 a.m. today — Brett A. Dugan, 29, of Zelienople was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at the Sheetz store on Freedom Road in Cranberry Township.Wednesday — Police reported they are investigating the theft of a Clay Township woman's imported German shepherd on Jan. 14. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 724-284-8100.7:45 p.m. July 13. — A 28-year-old Allegheny County woman was badly hurt when she lost control of her speeding car and spun into several trees along Saxonburg Boulevard just north of Wylie Road in Clinton Township. The car at some point became airborne and nose-dived into a creek.Kyra M. Gebhart of Tarentum, who was wearing a seat belt, was flown by medical helicopter to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh with moderate injuries.

11:35 p.m. Tuesday — An unknown white woman in a dark-colored car drove away after crashing into another car on Route 268 just south of the McDonald's restaurant in East Franklin Township.The suspect is described as being middle-aged with long, blonde hair. Her car has damage to the front left fender. Timothy A, Croyle, 53, of Ford City was the other driver.Anyone with information is asked to call 724-543-2011.
