CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Ronald Allen Brown, 52, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on April 24 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Kelly Ann Kozminski, 25, of Ellwood City waived her case to court. Police on April 30 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Lisa Ann Connelly, 47, of Wexford waived her case to court. Police on May 8 charged her with retail theft.

John Joseph Belsterling, 45, of Rochester waived his case to court. Police on May 21 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Travis Scott Turkheimer, 22, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Police on April 11 charged him with retail theft, receiving stolen property and driving with a suspended license.

Sarah Yost, 21, of Sarver waived her case to court. Police on March 27 charged her with retail theft, receiving stolen property and driving with a suspended license.

Alanna Rae Darroch, 23, of Rochester waived her case to court. Police on May 30 charged her with conspiracy, retail theft, receiving stolen property, corruption of minors and endangering the welfare of children.

Nicholas Petrulo, 37, of New Stanton waived his case to court. Police on June 11 charged him with retail theft.

Julie Marie Racz, 29, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. Police on June 10 charged her with retail theft, conspiracy, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Bryan Diego Rubalcava, 22, of Baden waived his case to court. Police on June 16 charged him with retail theft, receiving stolen property and defiant trespass.

Katie Anne Schultz, 30, of Mars waived her case to court. Police on June 5 charged her with retail theft.

David Elkin Walker, 35, of Creighton had his case held to court. Police on Feb. 6 charged him with conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking and giving false information to police.

Adrianna Janelle Reppert, 25, of Crafton waived her case to court. Police on April 24 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Renee Summerville, 49, of Monaca waived her case to court. Police on June 9 charged her with retail theft, receiving stolen property and giving false information to police.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Tammy Marie Ropelewski, 42, of Slippery Rock waived her case to court. Zelienople police on May 2 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.Zachary M. Williamson, 20, of Parker waived his case to court. Zelienople police on June 2 charged him with fleeing or attempting to elude officers, careless driving, possession of marijuana, possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy, and possession of drug paraphernalia.Derek M. Wiser, 33, of Fombell waived his case to court. Jackson police on May 5 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Toni Arnold, 39, of Portersville had her case held to court. Police on May 21 charged her with writing bad checks.Cody Andrew Baker, 20, of Harmony waived his case to court. State police on March 31 charged him with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.Jordan Scott Pollock, 24, of Gibsonia had his case held to court. Adams Township police on April 25 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.Trey E. Skalos, 23, of Harmony waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on May 19 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.James Richard Locklear, 54, of Evans City waived his case to court. Evans City police on April 14 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.Charles James Kincaid, 33, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on May 5 charged him with possession with the intent deliver a controlled substance.Eric Randall Roble, 30, of Baden waived his case to court. Zelienople police on June 3 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving without insurance.Jenna Rae Panza, 24, of Mars waived her case to court. Adams Township police on May 27 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.
