CHILLICOTHE, Ohio —Adam Bleday struck out six in 4 2/3 innings of work, but was tagged with the loss as Butler was blanked by Chillicothe 2-0.

The Paints scored both runs off Bleday in the bottom of the third inning.

The BlueSox (21-16 overall, 6-3 in the second half) managed just six singles against five Chillicothe pitchers.

Butler High graduates Mick Fennell and Cody Herald had two of the hits.

Kyle Zaorski pitched 3 1/3 scoreless innings for Butler, which will return home Saturday and Sunday for games against Richmond at Kelly Automotive Park, where the BlueSox are 13-5 this season.
